Passion For Success

To complete the 2018 annual country events for idsMED Group, the last but not the least, idsMED Hong Kong held its CEO Townhall and Annual Awards & Appreciation on 27^th March 2018. The day activities revolved around the theme of this year “Passion for Success”, and Hong Kong team has shown their true commitment to it.

Our CEO Ben Chang has started the day with a fervent theme of this fiscal year “Tsunami Leap”, giving overviews of the group performance and country performance, and aspiring the team to achieve the target of the 3-year plan. The morning meeting completed with a vibrant Q&A session, with the team enquiring about the future direction of the country and more.

The AAA evening was filled with touching moments and graceful movements. Our CEO – Ben and EVP – North Asia – Tommy kicked off the dinner with welcoming remarks, reminding us the importance of idsMED’s first value – Loyalty. Then followed by a lively dance performance by professional dancers, exciting the team to all come out and move their body! The night was full of heart-warming videos, having the team reminiscing the moments they had with their workmates. Although HK does not have colleagues who served us years with 5 multiples, we do want to celebrate those who contributed to the company for 10 years or above. In addition, HK has 2 HEART awardees this year, who are Jenny Hung and Patrick Kwok. They not only won the respect of the country, but also a travel package which worth USD $500!  

Highlight of the night was the dance competition of the 4 tables! Each table only had a few minutes to learn the steps of their arbitrarily chosen music and perform in front of the audience! We had a song from 70s, Gangnam style, Samba, and K-pop “nobody nobody but YOU!”! 😊 The HK team definitely had a lot of fun that night as we danced all the way through the dinner with Passion for Success!
