idsMED Malaysia’s First Get-Together for newly hired members

With the lifting of the lockdown and inter-state travel restrictions, idsMED Malaysia was able to host their first Get-Together session for all new hires within their branches together with the Malaysia Managing Director on 1st November 2021. Held in the Education Centre, the event was attended by 45 people, including six speakers and six committee members.

Shawn Ling, the HR Manager opened the session. This was followed by Mr. Ainul Hasnizam, Malaysia Managing Director, with an inspiring speech about the history of idsMED, “From Creation to Transformation”, before explaining the essence of the company’s core values, strategic plan, brand promise, vision and mission towards achieving Malaysia’s target of RM258 million in revenue under the Project Crystal initiative.

Subsequently, we had a personal-sharing session with our four key speakers – Sunny, Shahril, Benjamin, and Tharmen, before the ice-breaking session where our new hires introduced themselves.

Dr. Adzuan, Regional Managing Director, also extended his warm welcome to all the new hires and further motivated them with his vision before closing.

It was a memorable and joyous occasion to connect with our newly hired members. We believe it is crucial to continue building positive experiences and ensuring our employees grow together as one idsMED family.
