Advancing Healthcare Access in Western Visayas

On 11 January and 6–7 February 2026, idsMED Philippines participated in key regional events in Western Visayas, highlighting its portfolio of surgical solutions and robotics. These included the 14th Annual Regional Convention and Scientific Meeting of the periOperative Registered Nurses Association of the Philippines, Inc. (ORNAP), held at the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel in Iloilo City, and the Midyear Convention 2026 of the Philippine Association of Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgeons (PALES), conducted at Citadines Hotel in Bacolod City.

On 11 January 2026, ORNAP’s 14th Annual Regional Convention and Scientific Meeting was held under the theme, “Celebrating Commitment and Collaboration: Forging a Cohesive and Exemplary Perioperative Nursing Practice.” During the event, idsMED Philippines showcased general consumables from Ansell, InnoQ, and Sandel to support perioperative nursing practice.

From 6 to 7 February 2026, idsMED Philippines also supported the PALES Midyear Convention 2026, which focused on strengthening the foundations of minimally invasive surgery. At the exhibition, Product Sales Specialists presented general consumables from Ansell, InnoQ, and Sandel, as well as surgical robotics solutions from Edge Medical.

Through its participation in these regional conventions, idsMED Philippines reaffirmed its commitment to advancing surgical care by providing quality solutions and supporting the continuous professional development of healthcare practitioners across the Western Visayas region.
