Masterclass for Field Sales Specialists (FSS) for Medan and Surabaya Branches

Once again, idsMED Indonesia successfully conducted a Masterclass program for the Field Sales Specialists (FSS) to upgrade the skills of the idsMED sales team. Previously held in Jakarta, the event was extended to Medan on 23–24 May 2022 and to Surabaya on 30–31 May.

The Medan FSS Masterclass, held at the Dwi Kora, Medan Helvetia, was attended by 16 participants while the Surabaya Masterclass of 15 participants was held at Kertajaya, Gubeng.

On the first day, the Product Management Team presented their updated plan for all products for 2022–2023. This was followed by the different FSS teams presenting for the Product Management Team to evaluate how each team made their product presentation.

Finally, a 10-minute roleplay was held by each team to assess their product knowledge, presentation skills, and customer knowledge.

The second day was filled with more presentations and roleplay sessions.

All participants benefited from the training which will help them improve their capabilities to approach customers better.
