On 11 November 2019, representatives from idsMED Singapore, Vendlet, the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) as well as staff members from the Lions Home for the Elders gathered to witness the donation of 6 Vendlet systems from idsMED and Vendlet to the Lions Home for the Elders in Bishan.

Guest of Honor, Her Excellency, Dorte Bech Vizard, Ambassador of Denmark graced the event and expressed her thoughts on idsMED and Vendlet’s joint effort to use technology to optimize the use of resources, improve caregivers’ work health and safety, and provide greater patient comfort, independence and dignity.

In her opening address, Lions Home’s Immediate Past Chairman Isabel Cheong thanked both idsMED and Vendlet for the donation and shared her thoughts on the impact the Vendlet systems will have. After both opening addresses, guests took a short tour around the home, saw the Vendlet system in action, and even interacted with some of the elders.

Kudos to the team for making this donation possible, and for advancing patient care with technology!
