From 15–18 July 2026, the Indonesian Heart Association (PERKI) hosted the 35th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Indonesian Heart Association (ASMIHA) 2026 at the InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah. As one of Indonesia’s leading scientific congresses in cardiology, ASMIHA brought together healthcare professionals for an extensive programme of symposiums, plenary sessions, joint symposiums, honorary lectures and hands-on workshops. The event provided an excellent platform for participants to exchange knowledge, share clinical experiences and stay abreast of the latest advances in cardiovascular care.
As part of the scientific programme, idsMED supported four hands-on workshops on Cancer Therapy, Valvular Disease, Cardiac Rehabilitation for Nurses, and Stress Echocardiography, which attracted approximately 200 participants. To enrich the practical learning experience, idsMED showcased a range of advanced technologies, including the eBike EL, CASE V7, T2100, GE Vivid T8, GE Vivid S70, and GE Vivid Pioneer, enabling participants to gain hands-on experience with solutions used in everyday clinical practice.
Beyond the workshops, the idsMED exhibition booth attracted strong interest throughout the event. Visitors explored a broad portfolio of innovative technologies, including the C-Arm, eBike STD, Simbionix, and the Vscan product range. The booth also provided an interactive platform for healthcare professionals to engage with the idsMED team and learn more about technologies that support modern cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment.
A Milestone for Stress Echocardiography
A key highlight of ASMIHA 2026 was the Stress Echocardiography workshop, which was introduced into the ASMIHA scientific programme for the first time. idsMED was honoured to support this inaugural session, which received an enthusiastic response from participants. The high level of engagement, active discussions and hands-on participation reflected the growing interest among healthcare professionals in advanced imaging technologies that enhance cardiovascular diagnosis and patient management.
Through its participation at ASMIHA 2026, idsMED reaffirmed its commitment to advancing medical education, delivering innovative healthcare technologies, and fostering collaboration with the cardiology community to support better patient care across Indonesia.
