Empowering Care, Empowering Lives: Innovative Solutions for Singapore’s Nursing Homes

idsMED Singapore’s Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) team hosted an exclusive roadshow event titled "Empowering Care, Empowering Lives" at the idsMED Learning Academy from 25 February to 21 March 2025. It highlighted a comprehensive range of ILTC solutions designed to enhance senior care and streamline caregiving processes. Key areas addressed included fall prevention, patient transfers, shower systems, virtual rehabilitation and dementia, heart and bladder monitoring and the convenience of shared tablets in caretaking.

The roadshow was curated for decision-makers from nursing homes, such as those from procurement departments, and nurses directly involved in the daily care process from various nursing homes in Singapore. Attendees had the opportunity to observe live demonstrations guided by members of the ILTC Team and had the chance to interact with a wide range of innovative products, gaining detailed insights into their practical applications.

Through live demonstrations and hands-on experiences, attendees saw firsthand how these innovative solutions could elevate the level of care in nursing homes, improving safety, comfort and overall well-being for both seniors and caregivers.

The event was a valuable opportunity for nursing homes to explore and engage with state-of-the-art solutions, providing new insights into how these products can improve caregiving strategies and directly benefit residents.
