FEAST Training Singapore

idsMED Singapore has successfully completed the Field & Service Training (FEAST) for over 50 staff from Sales, and Engineering teams. The enriching and insightful training program was delivered by an external professional trainer Mr. Koh Thong Joo from the Singapore National Employers Federation. The program was specifically tailored for idsMED keeping in view its business model and its SPARKS sales methodology. Entire training was delivered over a course of 4 days with sufficient interval in between modules for practicing the acquired skills. The interactive program fostered cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing. FEAST is one of the strategic Training Program under the Leadership, Management & Talent (LMT) Development Programs as part of our Strategic Plan 2017 – 2019.
