GE Healthcare Conducts OEC 3D Mobile C-arm Training at idsMED Singapore Office

On 26 and 27 January 2023, GE Healthcare held a 2-day OEC 3D Mobile C-arm Training for 8 participants at the idsMED Singapore office. The participants came from various regions, including the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, New Zealand, Australia, and Singapore with our colleague, Mr. KK Chow, Manager – Imaging in attendance.

Our Singapore office features a cutting-edge Learning Academy that is equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities. These facilities are extensively utilised for day-to-day training and meetings. It is particularly gratifying to have a Principal expressing interest in utilising our facilities for regional workshops or training sessions. This endorsement affirms the exceptional comfort and suitability of our facilities and fosters a stronger bond between the Principal and idsMED.



During the training, each speaker discussed and shared different topics such as the basic understanding and fundamentals of the 3D C-arm, image gallery highlights, global customer experience and more. As with most trainings, hands on sessions were included to bring the participants beyond theory to the realm of “learning by doing”, giving them a first-hand experience of practicing what had been taught.



“The trainers from USA (via Teams) and Australia facilitated an extremely in-depth sharing and insightful discussions. The training sessions gave all the participants a better understanding of the GE 3D C-arm salient features over other vendor products, thus empowering us to have more fruitful engagements with our customers,” shared Mr. KK Chow, Manager – Imaging.
