On 9 June 2023, idsMED Singapore collaborated with GE Healthcare to host a dinner symposium for over 100 Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from the field of mammography at the Carlton Hotel Singapore. The event was organised to share updates on enhancing breast care pathways.

Ms. Kathleen Schindler, Global Clinical Product Leader for Women’s Healthcare, was invited as a resource speaker to share her knowledge and expertise on the latest advancements in breast imaging, particularly in Contrast-Enhanced Mammography (CEM) and CEM Biopsy Solutions for Breast Care Pathway. Ms. Schindler has 31 years of extensive clinical experience in her current role at GE Healthcare and was the first technologist to perform examinations on the first digital mammography system ever developed.

Mr. Chow Kok Kit, Manager of Imaging, kicked off the event with a welcome address, which was immediately followed by Ms. Schindler’s CEM and CEM Biopsy Solutions presentation.

Attendees were engaged in such an insightful night, bringing back useful knowledge on CEM and CEM Biopsy Solutions to their team.

These event collaborations are beneficial not only for attendees but also for principals and idsMED as solution providers, as they serve as a platform for medical professionals to learn about new technologies and innovative solutions. In addition, these events also help build a stronger relationship across the field of mammography in Singapore.

Kudos to the entire team for yet another successful and insightful event!
