idsMED Singapore’s ILTC Team Hosts Product Demo at Learning Academy

A product demonstration stimulates customers’ interest as it provides visual support to help them develop a sense of ownership of the product. Although material proof such as the products, brochures, and samples offer tangible evidence to show what the product can do, it is through product demonstration that customers gain hands-on experience, which in turn helps to combat product-related concerns.

As Geoffrey James, contributing editor for Inc.com explained, “There is almost nothing more powerful than a great product demonstration. When done correctly, a demo allows the customer to see and feel how things will be better if they buy (and worse if they don’t).”

From 28 February to 16 March 2023, idsMED Singapore’s Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) team hosted a 3-week long product demonstration for over 60 guests from 10 ILTC-related operators and service providers at the idsMED Learning Academy. The products featured came in various forms and uses such as Paramount beds, geriatric chairs, SilverFit, Muscle Suit, PARO, Hand of Hope, Hublet, GAMA consumables and InnoQ medical consumables.


Through the product demonstrations, guests were able to examine and have hands-on sessions with the full range of ILTC solutions that idsMED can offer.

During the sessions, the ILTC team, together with the Medical Specialty Care (MSC) and InnoQ teams, were able to better understand the needs of the different groups of customers and resolve any product-related concerns of each group. idsMED Singapore benefited immensely from the event as guests provided valuable feedback on the products.

In preparing for these product demonstrations, the ILTC, MSC and InnoQ teams collaborated to ensure that guests would have sufficient knowledge of the products and the solutions for product-related concerns.
