idsMED Philippines Wins Three HR Asia Awards 2025, Recognised Among Asia’s Best Workplaces

For the second year, idsMED Philippines was honoured as one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2025. The company also received two Special Category Awards: “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” and, for the first time, “Sustainable Workplace.” These recognitions highlight idsMED Philippines’ commitment to fostering an inclusive, sustainable, and engaging workplace culture.

For the second consecutive year, idsMED Philippines was recognised as one of the recipients of the prestigious HR Asia Awards 2025 Best Companies to Work For in Asia, during a grand ceremony held at the Marriott Hotel Manila on 26 August 2025.

In addition to this recognition, idsMED Philippines received two Special Category Awards: the “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” award and, for the first time, the “Sustainable Workplace” award.

The HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Awards celebrate companies in Asia that have successfully implemented DEI practices and serve as exemplary models in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

The HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards honour companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable business practices, showcasing leadership in fostering a culture of sustainability, promoting eco-innovation, and generating a positive impact on both the environment and society.

On stage to receive the awards from William Ng of HR Asia were Ms. Helen Esteban, Senior Manager – HR; Mr. Alvin Calderon, Senior Manager – DIT; and Ms. Katrina Bolo, Product Sales Specialist.

These recognitions reaffirm idsMED Philippines’ dedication to fostering an outstanding workplace culture and promoting employee engagement.
