idsMED Vietnam Organises B.E.S.T Selling Skills Workshop Refresher Training Program

To reinforce participants’ technical and sales skills gained from the B.E.S.T Selling Skills Workshop previously held in September 2023, idsMED Vietnam organised a Refresher Training Program in Hanoi on 7-8 November and in Ho Chi Minh City on 9 November 2023 for the participants to present real-life case studies and share their challenges and success stories so that others could learn from them.

Two months after attending a special sales skills training workshop called "Business Effective Selling Tool" (B.E.S.T.) for frontline members nationwide in September 2023, the idsMED Vietnam sales team came back for a refresher program in November. After the training on 11-12 and 14-15 September with a focus on 11 training modules related to sales skills, communication skills, and effective customer persuasion, they had sufficient time to apply these skills in securing their sales.

This Refresher Training Program was facilitated by Coach Jeremy Wan during the training. The program was organised to provide a platform for participants to share and discuss their successes and challenges in applying the knowledge and skills they have gained from the B.E.S.T workshop. The goal was to solidify their technical knowledge and enhance their sales skills.

The training took place on 7-8 November 2023 at the Hanoi branch, and on 9 November 2023 at the Ho Chi Minh City branch. A total of 46 participants attended the training, with 23 each in Hanoi and HCM.

The program included discussions and analyses of a series of real-life case studies to extract valuable lessons from the participants. In addition, the participants also engaged in providing feedback and peer evaluations for improvement. During the training, recognition was given to the outstanding case presenters.
