idsMED Vietnam Orrganizes The Training On Infection Control At 108 Central Military Hospital

With the goal of improving knowledge and awareness about the importance of infection control among doctors in Hanoi, idsMED in collaboration with 108 Central Military Hospital organized the program "Training on Infection Control” on 24 December, 2018 at 108 Central Military Hospital.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Dr. Le Huu Song, Deputy Director of the 108 Central Military Hospital welcomed the doctors, managers from the departments and directors of hospitals across the northern region to attend the workshop. Dr. Le Huu Song emphasized that infection control does not just follow procedures, but also needs to be done as a habit, going deeply into consciousness when performing daily tasks.

At the beginning of the session, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Vice Chairman of the Infection Control Association gave a speech in the general issue - Hospital infection control model. Doctor Hung shared that 108 Hospital currently has one of the most advanced facilities in the country and should be replicated and promoted on many other health facilities.

idsMED Vietnam is a distributor of specialized infection control products manufactured by Steris. These products are currently used at the Sterilization Center of 108 Central Military Hospital with a scale of serving 2,000 beds and over 100 operations per day.
