idsMED Vietnam - Annual Country Meeting - Annual Award & Appreciation and CEO & HEART Awards
Vietnam held its Annual Country Meeting (ACM) this year with a theme: One HEART, One MISSION on Friday, 16 March 2018 in Hanoi. The event started off with the CEO Townhall, which was opened by our beloved CEO, Ben Chang and later followed by the country business updates which was delivered by Dr.
Tuan Nguyen, idsMED Vietnam’s Managing Director; and Raymond Chong, President of Emerging Market; who shared the business strategies for the upcoming financial year 2018/2019.
In the evening, all participants of the ACM gathered together for the Gala Dinner and wore beautiful formal outfits with Red, White and Blue colors which represent idsMED and our Brand Promise. During this event, the team also introduced idsMED Vietnam’s Anthem in support of the theme for this year’s Gala Dinner: The Beauty of HEART.
The Dinner then continued on with the Annual Award & Appreciation session, which saw Nguyen Thanh Viet (Sales) and Mai Thi Ngoc Quynh (Finance) received the 5-year service awards. For the first time, the HEART Award was also introduced in Vietnam. The winners were: Tran Nhat Danh (Operations), Vy Thuy Tram (Sales), and Doan Thach Thuan (Sales) for their excellent display of our observable standards of Brand Promise – Care, Happy, Engaging, Approachable, Responsible, and Trustworthy. Big Congratulations to all the awardees of the night.
Meanwhile, all the participants including Ben and his wife, Mrs. Kim were enjoyed the amazing and exciting performances from our employees. It was literally a happy and fun night for everyone. Finally, before the day ended, everyone lived in thrilling moment by holding a special lantern and in silence, everyone shared their warmth and their best wishes to all friends, colleagues, and also to the Group.
On the next day, the relationships between Vietnamese colleagues got even stronger with team buildingand bonding through fun games and activities at the beach. It was a fun and happy moment for all participants.
The Annual Country Meeting 2018 of idsMED Vietnam was successfully conducted, but the memories will remain forever in HEART. We know that there is so much love going on in idsMED Vietnam.
