idsMED Vietnam Coordinates With Newborns Vietnam For The Mission Of Ending Preventable Deaths of Newborn Infants In Vietnam

In April 2019, a very special event hosted by Newborns Vietnam: Red River Run will be carried out by 3 runners: Marieke Dekkers from the Netherlands, Robert West and Grant Bowdery from United Kingdom. On 22^nd-23^rd April, they will run non-stop 300 km away from Hanoi to Lao Cai. On Sunday 21^st April, the run will start with doctors and nurses from from Vietnam National Children’s Hospital and Hanoi Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital joining a 5 km warm up run. Supporting this event, Newborns Vietnam aims to raise awareness, call for support from society, and likewise share their vision: Together we can end preventable newborn deaths.

Coordinating with Red River Run, idsMED Vietnam donates 2 Nellcor™ Bedside SpO2 Patient Monitoring System devices valued 100 million VND. Furthermore, on 21^st April, idsMED Vietnam staffs in Hanoi will participate in the run held at Hanoi Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital
