idsMED Vietnam Organised Product Training with Hamilton and KLS Martin

In the last week of February 2023, idsMED Vietnam collaborated with Hamilton and KLS Martin to organize internal product training programs for idsMED Vietnam staff.

The first training began on February 23 with KLS Martin’s high-rise electric scalpel products. The training was held at idsMED Vietnam Ho Chi Minh Branch and connected online nationwide with the other branches.

The objective of the training program is for the business development manager and the product manager of KLS Martin to share and update all the FSS members on the features as well as practical applications of the products.





In the second training program from February 27 to March 1, the Hamilton ventilator model C1 and C3 training was also held at the Ho Chi Minh Branch. Under the guidance of the Senior Clinical Application Specialist from Hamilton, BME, and MSC members of the Ho Chi Minh branch were updated on the latest information on the two ventilator models and the usage and maintenance of the products.







The FSS team found the training beneficial and gave positive feedback on the knowledge of the product.
