The swift execution of the Director of Sales’ plan by the Field Sales Specialist (FSS) team demonstrates strong alignment and effective teamwork. When FSS Ms. Chonthicha Phonpratom (Por) embraced the direction set by Mr. Boonchai Wisetbanchong, Director of Sales, and implemented it with the support of her immediate supervisor, Mr. Veeraphat Thiraphatthanavong (Tool), the collaboration led to a significant achievement: an accumulated order of 155 units of the Graseby Infusion Pump V20—a newly added principal in idsMED Thailand’s portfolio—by PatRangsit Hospital, a public-listed organisation.
Por successfully secured bulk orders as follows:
- 25 units on 22 September 2025
- 50 units on 28 November 2025
- 80 units planned for January 2026
As a new product, trust-building with the hospital’s Medical Equipment Department played a key role. Por ensured users were consistently supported and adequately trained, helping the product achieve positive evaluations. Impressively, she proceeded confidently after just one day of training conducted by Ms. Prapaporn Khoonta (Ja-o), Senior Product Specialist.
Her supervisor, Mr. Veeraphat, provided crucial guidance throughout the process, particularly in managing essential documentation such as calibration certificates, distribution agreements, and FDA certifications—requirements that are especially important to private hospitals.
Now in her fifth year with idsMED Thailand, Por emphasises that strong customer relationships are essential, supported by idsMED’s reputation as a trusted Medical Solutions Provider. This accomplishment marks idsMED Thailand’s first reference site for Graseby products.
The success reflects clear communication, supportive leadership, and a culture that encourages ownership. It not only contributed to sales targets but also strengthened motivation, skills, confidence, and teamwork across the sales unit.
