Hitachi Service Technical Academy

In early August 2018, idsMED Indonesia sent one of their Senior Bio-Med Service Engineers, Tendy Lukito, to attend and participate in the Service Technical Academy in Kashiwa shi, Japan. The eight-day course, which was sponsored by Hitachi Ltd., gave the participants an opportunity to get a broader understanding about device installation, adjustment, maintenance and application of Hitachi Scenaria MRI.

At the end of the training sessions, all participants were required  to take a  certification test with a minimum 70 points to pass . Tendy Lukito successfully completed the course and received his certification of this intermediate grade course.

All Bio-Med Service Engineers are encouraged to improve their knowledge and skills to help our customers in delivering medical assistance by participating in various courses or training.
