idsMED Vietnam Organizing Training “Leading People For Growth”

On 5 & 6/11, managers and potential employees who evolved into the future manager of idsMED joined the LPG training program (Leading People for Growth). This is an annual training program of the company, providing the necessary knowledge and skills of a leader, to support the managers in leading their team members to work more efficiently, contributing to the development of idsMED Vietnam.

The flexible and attractive training method of the trainer, Mr. Kheng Seng Tan, helped students actively engage in class activities, exercises and group presentations, creating 2 exciting and effective learning days. This is one among many training courses in 2019 that is implemented by idsMED Vietnam in order to continuously foster and develop its human resource - the most valuable asset of the company.
