idsMED Indonesia’s Management Trainee Program 2023

The development of a great leader includes a positive mindset and character building and idsMED Management believes that these elements are necessary to instill idsMED values in the new people of the organisation. These leadership elements are part of idsMED Indonesia’s Management Trainee Program 2023.

The process to recruit the right candidate began in December 2022. The recruitment program includes administrative selection, an online psychological test, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and a final interview.

On 18 January 2023, idsMED Indonesia invited the 33 selected candidates to the FGD session in the Training Room on the 17th floor of Wisma 76 Jakarta.

Ramli Laukaban, Managing Director and SVP of idsMED Indonesia had the opportunity to welcome the 33 candidates. During this FGD session, the participants learned about the idsMED company profile and went through a series of assessments from writing and presentations to focus group discussions wherein they were challenged to think critically about social and global issues.

The successful candidates will be announced by the end of January 2023 and they are anticipated to join idsMED without any delay.
