idsMED Singapore Connects with OB-GYN Professionals at 19th ISUOG Approved Course

The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ISUOG), a charitable organisation and the leading international society of experts in ultrasound for obstetrics and gynaecology, is dedicated to improving women’s health. The organisation provides advancement and dissemination of the highest quality education, standards and research in the ultrasound field for obstetrics and gynaecology.

The 19th Joint SingHealth Course on Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, held in conjunction with the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (COGS) Scientific Meeting, was an ISUOG-approved course which serves as a platform to connect and educate healthcare professionals in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology. The event took place from 15 to 17 May 2025 at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore.

This year’s programme was centred on the 5Cs: Cytomegalovirus infection (CMV), other Congenital infections, Fetal Central Nervous System (CNS), Cardiotocography (CTG) and Clinical peripartum management. These topics underscore the growing importance of fetal medicine while also addressing evolving practices in peripartum care.

idsMED Singapore, in collaboration with GE HealthCare, showcased innovative ultrasound technology aimed at supporting clinicians in delivering enhanced care to pregnant women.

At the idsMED booth, a range of advanced ultrasound machines was displayed, offering specialised ultrasound solutions for obstetric and gynaecological imaging. Attendees were able to experience the various uses of each product, guided by the knowledgeable Imaging Team, who shared valuable information about the benefits of these products. This hands-on experience enabled healthcare professionals to make more informed decisions, helping them manage increasing patient demands more efficiently.
