idsMED Vietnam Co-Organises Cardiac Ultrasound and Cardiovascular Physiology Assessment Training

idsMED Vietnam, in collaboration with Philips, the Ho Chi Minh City Interventional Cardiology Association, and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, organised a three-day theoretical training program on Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) and Fractional Flow Reserve/instantaneous wave-free ratio (FFR/iFR) in cardiac ultrasound and cardiovascular physiology assessment on 22-24 March 2024. The training was held for two days at the idsMED Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City branch and one day at Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

This training is part of a three-month theoretical and practical training program designed for nearly 20 participants in the first cohort. Following the theoretical content, participants will continue with hands-on training and practical exercises at various hospitals.

idsMED Vietnam and Philips will continue to support the program and participants throughout the entire three-month training period, demonstrating our commitment to advancing knowledge and skills in cardiac ultrasound and cardiovascular physiology assessment.
