idsMED Vietnam Code of Conduct Workshop

Business ethics is the most important component of business culture, and it is the fundamental factor that builds the trust of partners, customers, and consumers in the business. To provide guiding principles of idsMED’s core business ethical practices and help idsMED Vietnam members understand this concept in-depth, the Code of Conduct workshop, facilitated by Ms. Phuong Anh, Senior Manager of Operations, was held in two classes on 4-5 January 2023 at the Hanoi branch office and connected online nationwide.

During the two classes, 213 idsMED Vietnam members enthusiastically shared and discussed the content of the idsMED Code of Conduct (CoC), specific highlights of the CoC, 10 guiding principles, and the Denunciation Policy. Some case studies were also discussed, and a Q&A session followed to help the members understand the policy better.
