idsMED Vietnam’s “Sales Leadership – Boosting Your Team Performance with A Heart” Workshop

On 23-24 November 2022, idsMED Vietnam organised a training workshop on "Sales Leadership - Boosting your Team Performance with a Heart". The training was held on-site in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, and Can Tho, and connected online with each other and with the facilitators. This workshop was specifically developed for the idsMED Vietnam’s Field Sales Specialists (FSS) managers and team leaders.

On the first day, the participants shared and discussed the three typical leadership styles - Directive, Encouraging, and Participative - under the guidance of Mr. Danny Pradhana, idsMED Indonesia VP - Human Resources. This was followed by a coaching session on situational leadership for the attendees.

Ms. May Teoh, idsMED Training Director, guided the participants the following day on how to build credibility and trust as a leader, as well as in understanding and developing a leader’s attitude and effective delegation strategies.

Under the guidance of the two experienced facilitators, the two-day workshop was met with enthusiasm, excitement, and active participation from the participants.
