idsMED Vietnam’s Training Program on Hamilton Ventilators

idsMED Vietnam and Hamilton Medical AG organised a training program on the technical services for Hamilton ventilator models C1 and C3 at idsMED Vietnam, Hanoi Branch on 13-16 December 2022. A total of six idsMED Vietnam engineers, who oversee the ventilator products were trained under the direct guidance of Mr. Bernard Haw – Asia Pacific Technical Support Manager, Hamilton Medical AG.

Through four days of continuous training, the engineers learned the theory with hands-on practice on the technical services of installation, maintenance, and repair of Hamilton ventilators, particularly on models C1 and C3. At the same time, everything related to the product including the special cautions when delivering installation, repair and warranty tasks related to these two Hamilton ventilator models were carefully explained to the engineers.

At the end of the training course, the engineers were awarded training certificates by Hamilton.

Engineer Linh Nguyen said: “With an intuitive and lively training method, the training course helped me gain knowledge and skills in installing and repairing two ventilator models. I like how theory is taught with hands-on practice like this training course. We had four days of effective learning.”
