Pioneering a Customised Training by Care Areas

In an effort to further strengthen its position in the emergency, critical care and operating room-related products for hospitals, idsMED Thailand’s MSC team initiated the country’s first training by care areas for 60 of its sales personnel.

Held on 14th December 2021, the training programme enabled participants to enhance their knowledge and understanding on our products as well as identify new sales opportunities. These products included a wide series of ultrasound systems, monitors, video laryngoscopes and operating beds.

During the training, our MSC team wore different coloured gowns to represent the care areas – dark blue for emergency rooms, light blue for critical care and green for operating room. This was undoubtedly a new perspective taken for training. From here, we also hope to build a new learning culture here because we care with a HEART.
