The Visitors From Philippines

Today, idsMED MY hosted a group of clinical users from The land of Smiles and Happiness – Philippines. These group of nurse managers and doctors were brought all the way to Malaysia by our Colleagues in idsMED PH to visit the Ansell factory. Right before the group left Malaysia, they were kind enough to pay our idsMED MY Office headquarters a visit.

Upon arrival, the guests of roughly 30 people were treated to simple tea and fruits. After being split into 3 groups, they were brought around the office for a short tour. It was a pleasurable little tour as our guides, Joey, Monica and Erin enjoyed it as much as our guests. The pantry with its live vertical green wall was a favourite, amongst all, especially for selfies! Brainstorming room and the VC room all received praises. Of course, Balance, being one of our core values, we showcased our sports centre with pride. The tours then all ended and gathered at the Education and Training Academy where our new MD Dato Dr Adzuan gave a short note and addressed the idsMED brand promise – We Care with a Heart. Then, Joey continued with a short slide presentation to present to our guests on the presence of idsMED in the region. This happy visit then ended with a group picture and smiles on everyone’s faces.

Through this event, besides having the opportunity to meet customers from other countries, we truly felt the warmth of having brothers and sisters all over the region. With this, the idsMED family will stand stronger as we know, we got our backs covered.
