idsMED Indonesia Partners with GE HealthCare in Monitoring Solutions Boot Camp

On July 13, 2023, idsMED Indonesia participated in GE HealthCare’s Monitoring Solutions Bootcamp at the Aloft Hotel TB Simatupang, Jakarta. For the first time, GE HealthCare and idsMED Indonesia collaborated to host this event with the theme "Monitoring Solutions Strategy." More than 50 Field Sales Specialists (FSS-device) and Medical Specialty Care (MSC-Clinical Specialist Intensive Care) members attended the event.

Mr. Ramli Laukaban, Managing Director & SVP of idsMED Indonesia, Ms. Putty Kartika, Country Director of GE HealthCare Indonesia, and Ms. Patricia Isabelle, General Manager of Life Care Solutions from AKA (representing Australia, Korea, and New Zealand areas) graced the event to deliver the welcome remarks and share short, enlightening talks to motivate the participants.

The esteemed boot camp trainers were GE HealthCare’s Benjamin Edwards, Patient Monitoring and Cardiology Ecosystems Leader and Nathaniel Lee, Product Manager, both from the region of AKA were specially flown in from Australia. The event was primarily aimed at deepening the participants’ knowledge about GE HealthCare products, particularly for monitoring solutions. At the event, participants were engaged in the discussion and games that honed their soft skills such as problem-solving.

Through this boot camp, the participants gained a better understanding of GE HealthCare products to better equip them in providing solutions to customers.
