Embarking on a fresh journey, a group of budding engineers who joined idsMED Indonesia, underwent a specialised training held from 15 January to 2 February 2024. idsMED welcomes this batch of 11 engineers who are set to be assigned to various locations, including Palu, Yogyakarta, Palembang, Padang, Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Pontianak, Balikpapan, and Madura.

The series of activities started with the BEST Culture Program and the FEAST training organised by the HR Team on January 19 at the idsMED headquarters in Slipi, West Jakarta. Over five days, the participants were equipped with fundamental knowledge about idsMED, directly imparted by Danny Pradhana, Vice President of Human Resources and Tjan Herman, Senior Manager of Human Resources.

After gaining insights from the HR Team, the engineers proceeded to Logos for a two-week technical training conducted by the seniors of BME. Starting on 22 January, the engineers delved into various topics such as ventilators, treadmills, aesthetic lasers, sterilisers, patient simulators, and more. The training sessions were led by the technical support team and experienced senior engineers with expertise in these machines. The participants not only acquired theoretical knowledge but also actively engaged in tasks assigned by their mentors.

It is hoped that the knowledge acquired during these training sessions is beneficial to the trainees.
