Ramli is currently Managing Director & SVP for idsMED Indonesia. He is in charge of growing the idsMED Indonesia business as one of the key market for the idsMED Group.
With over 20 years of healthcare experience in Indonesia, Ramli has a strong track record of building passionate team towards enabling better healthcare delivery for the country and driving the profitability business at the same time. Prior to joining Fondaco Mitratama in 2013, Ramli was the Country Manager for GE Healthcare Indonesia and Sales Manager for Siemens Medical Indonesia. Ramli holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of North Sumatera.

Andy Rahardja
Senior Director – Indonesia
Andy is currently Senior Director for idsMED Indonesia. Andy has 15 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Audit in several fields. Prior to joining idsMED, Andy was working with various companies such as Cargill, Navigat Energy, PT. SMART, Tbk., and KPMG. Andy holds a Bachelor in Economics - Accounting from the Tarumanegara University, Master of Management from Pelita Harapan University, and Master of Business Administration from Peking University. He also holds CGMA (US), ACMA (UK), CMA & CIBA Australia, ASEAN CPA, CA & CCD Indonesia.
Pradhana
Senior Director - Human Resource
Pradhana (Danny) is the Senior Director – Human Resources at idsMED Group, overseeing the Corporate HR function while also managing the Human Resources operations of idsMED Indonesia. His role includes driving strategic people initiatives, talent development, and employee engagement across the Group. Danny is also actively involved in the personal development programmes for all idsMED employees and serves as an in-house trainer.
With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Danny has worked with various multinational companies across Asia and the United States. Before joining idsMED, he founded HR Solutions, a Jakarta-based HR consulting firm specializing in employee productivity, performance management, change management, and executive search services for clients in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC).
With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Danny has worked with various multinational companies across Asia and the United States. Before joining idsMED, he founded HR Solutions, a Jakarta-based HR consulting firm specializing in employee productivity, performance management, change management, and executive search services for clients in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

Jeo Bun An
Director – FSS, Medan
Bun An joined Fondaco in September 2002, which was subsequently acquired by idsMED Indonesia. in February 2013. He has always been a very dedicated management member and pioneered the establishment of the Northern and Central Sumatera branch. Over the years, Bun An has consistently delivered strong performance in his branch. With his promotion to Director – FSS, Medan, Bun An will become part of the Indonesia Management team overseeing all regions of
Medan and also the Biomedical Engineering service.
Agus Pudjo
Director - FSS, Semarang
Agus is currently Director of FSS, Semarang. Agus came to idsMED through the acquisition of Fondaco, which he joined in May 2010. Agus initially was Manager I – Field, Semarang, which he has successfully established a strong foothold for idsMED. Agus also championed the establishment of the Central Java Branch office to support
the expansion of our customer penetration. Being a Director – FSS, Semarang, Agus
will become part of the Indonesia Management team overseeing all regions of Semarang. He is responsible in particular to support Ramli and be the custodian of the Indonesia Strategic Plan initiatives.

Markus Fernando
Director - Business Application
Markus is currently Director - Business Application for idsMED Indonesia, in charge of the IT function of idsMED Indonesia and will also manage regional IT initiatives. Markus has 20+ year experience in IT services, mobile solutions & business process automation. He had spent most of his leadership and business experience at Weatherford International, where he was Region Business Information System Manager for their Asia Pacific region.
Marisa Theresia
Head of Aesthetics
Marisa Theresia is currently the Head of Aesthetics for idsMED Indonesia. She will be in charge of leading & developing the team, overseeing current market practices and providing business strategies to obtain maximum gain.
Marisa comes to idsMED Indonesia with Bachelor Degree in Economy, from Tarumanagara University. She has 17 years of experience in customer relationship management, business development & marketing of various industries, especially with high-end products & services in banking, insurance and pharmaceutical. Her last position was VP Business Development - Strategic Marketing from Cigna Indonesia.

Edy Purwanto

Edy is currently Senior Manager of the Service Department for idsMED Indonesia, in charge of the commercial, operational and organizational aspect of the Service department. Edy joined idsMED in 2013 through the acquisition of Fondaco Mitratama. Since joining Fondaco Mitratama in 1999 as a service engineer, Edy had various exposures in numerous healthcare projects and installation and subsequently rose through the ranks to become Fondaco Mitratama’s Service Manager in 2008. Edy holds a bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from Dr Soetomo University, Surabaya, Indonesia.
