On 3 July 2025, idsMED Malaysia conducted the Annual Country Meeting (ACM) FY2026 at Glenmarie Hotel and Golf Resort. It was more than a corporate gathering - it was a full-day experience of strategic alignment, team collaboration, and cultural celebration. Held under the rallying theme “Rebase! Retune! Rebound!”, the event brought together leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams to reflect, recalibrate, and recharge for the year ahead.
The day began with a powerful keynote from Group CEO and Founding Partner, Mr. Ben Chang, who introduced the FY2026 battle cry. His message emphasised the need to reset expectations (Rebase), refine execution (Retune), and recover momentum (Rebound) in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Following this, Managing Director and Managing Partner, Srikant Lal and Joey Lee, delivered a joint opening address, reflecting on FY2025 achievements and laying out ambitious goals for FY2026. Their message: “Going Beyond Budget & Exceeding BPI Targets”—a call to surpass benchmarks and drive innovation.
The mid-morning session featured a series of rapid-fire presentations on Critical and Important Business Performance Indicators (BPIs). Each BPI owner – Srikant, Joey, Preetesh, Bryan, Wasif, Debbie, and Benjamin shared insights, challenges, and tactical plans. This collaborative segment highlighted cross-country alignment and emphasised the importance of accountability in achieving performance goals.
Breakout sessions later in the day encouraged focused discussions on funnel management and forecasting, as well as organisational health and employee well-being. These sessions fostered cross-functional dialogue and generated actionable insights for implementation.
The second half of the day began with Group President Rufi Susanto’s address, titled “Going Beyond with Customers & Principals.” He emphasised the importance of deepening relationships and delivering value beyond expectations. This was followed by a team-building session led by an external trainer, designed to strengthen trust, collaboration, and camaraderie across departments.
As the sun set, the idsMED family transitioned into a night of celebration at the ACM Dinner 2025 hosted by Azra (HR) and Joseph (Projects). The evening was a joyful culmination of the day’s efforts, blending entertainment, engagement, and inspiration.
The evening started with Mr. Ben Chang’s opening remarks, which reflected on the day’s achievements and the journey ahead, followed by a montage video that captured the spirit of the ACM.
Dinner was served alongside musical performances, and the night came alive with interactive games themed around the ACM motto:
• “Guess Who?” (REBASE) – a playful challenge using AI-generated photos.
• “Office ASMR” (RETUNE) – a buzzer-based sound guessing game.
• “Float and Focus” (REBOUND) – a quirky mix of math and coordination.
The highlight of the evening was a heartfelt musical performance by the HR team, followed by Mr. Ben Chang’s and the management team’s rendition of “My Way”, which earned a standing ovation.
In total, ACM FY2026 reflected idsMED’s vibrant culture and strategic clarity. With renewed momentum, a shared purpose, and united teamwork, idsMED is poised to Rebase, Retune, and Rebound toward a successful fiscal year.
