Over the years, Joey has held various key leadership roles, including her previous position as Managing Director – idsMED Group Sourcing, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening principal partnerships and driving strategic sourcing initiatives across the Group.
In Malaysia, Joey has also been instrumental in leading marketing efforts and elevating business performance through stronger collaborations with principals and customers.
She holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering (Medical) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor.

Cheah Yuet Mun, Director of Medical Specialty Care, MSC at idsMED Malaysia. With over an impressive 15 years of commercial leadership in the medical device industry, she excels in developing and executing product and marketing strategies, enhancing market presence, and driving revenue growth via comprehensive product training for sales teams and continuous education for healthcare professionals.
Before joining idsMED, Yuet Mun served as a General Manager at Rentas Health Sdn. Bhd., where she managed overall business operations and strategic direction, and Country Manager (Vascular) at Abbott, overseeing P&L performance and leading sales and marketing initiatives. She also served as Division Head for Advance Wound Care at Smith & Nephew.
Yuet Mun holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Science, Malaysia, majoring in Analytical Chemistry and minoring in Business Administration.
Sudharsan Coimbatore S, Senior Vice President—Medical Solutions, heads the Medical Specialty Care, Projects, and idsMED East Malaysia branch networks in Malaysia. With 35 years of experience in the medical industry and a solid track record in project management, Sudharsan leads strategic planning, project management, tender process, and technical evaluation.
Before joining idsMED, he was the CEO and Managing Director of Digital Network. At this local medical consultancy firm, he led two turnkey hospital projects valued at RM 1 billion, encompassing all aspects from project planning to maintenance services. Prior to that, Sudharsan had a distinguished 14-year tenure at GE Healthcare, which included roles such as Business Manager of Monitoring Solutions, Turnkey Project Manager, and Channel Partner Manager, covering the ASEAN region.
Sudharsan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Madras, India and a Master’s in Medical Instrumentation Technology from the same university.
Benjamin Low is currently the Director of Engineering and Head of PMO in idsMED Malaysia. In this role, Benjamin Low will be the overall in charge of the idsMED Malaysia Biomedical Engineering Business. He is responsible for championing its growth and to support the national sales and project commercial teams to achieve the Strategic Plan goals for idsMED Malaysia. Benjamin Low is also tasked of setting up and overseeing the newly established function of Project Management Office (PMO).
Benjamin Low is an experienced Services Business Leader with 22 years of demonstrated history working in the hospital healthcare industry. He is skilled in Negotiation, Medical Devices, Management, Leadership, Organizational skills, Project & Solution Portfolio Management Business Strategy. Benjamin Low graduated with Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor.
Bryan Au is currently the Director of Finance of idsMED Malaysia. He started in his career as an auditor in TH Law & Co for 2 years before joining idsMED in April 2003. Throughout 15 years’ working experience in idsMED, he has accumulated his commercial experience and moved up his career as Senior Manager – Finance.
Bryan Au hold an Advance Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting). He is also a Chartered Accountant (MIA) in Malaysia and a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
