Advancing Everyday Excellence in Ultrasound Support

On 6–10 April 2026, idsMED Malaysia conducted the Ultrasound Proficient Servicing Training (Part 2) at its headquarters, attended by Biomedical Engineering (BME) staff. The programme covered the full range of Voluson ultrasound models as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen technical capabilities. It also included specialised training on the use of the Electrical Safety Analyser (ESA), equipping engineers with the knowledge required to perform accurate testing and verification.

The training was designed to enhance engineers’ proficiency in conducting Preventive Maintenance (PPM) while ensuring strict adherence to the highest electrical safety standards for medical equipment. In line with the company’s mission to deliver quality healthcare, the programme emphasised safety and reliability in equipment maintenance, reinforcing technical expertise and best practices to support the delivery of safe, dependable healthcare solutions.
