idsMED Indonesia’s Field Sales Specialist (FSS) Masterclass

The Field Sales Specialists (FSS) Masterclass is an idsMED sales education program that aims to enhance the capabilities of the idsMED sales team in the field. This program, held at Wisma 76, Jakarta on 18-19 April 2022, was attended by the 24 idsMED sales team members.

The FSS Masterclass consists of three parts: the self-paced study sessions through the e-learning platform, assessment presentations, and role play. The self-study session started two weeks before the date of the assessment presentation and role play. The self-paced study session is for the participants to first learn about clinical devices and consumables. The presentation assessment aims to assess the quality of the presentation to customers based on the standards of idsMED. Lastly, the role-play session is to rehearse authentic situations in the sales field.

The Product Management team also discussed the latest strategy for all products for 2022–23 in this two-day program.

A similar education program was also conducted at the idsMED Bandung branch on 21-22 April 2022. Following this, the FSS Masterclass Program will be held in a few idsMED Indonesia branches at a later date.

It is hoped that the Masterclass program will result in a marked improvement in the participants’ product and customer knowledge, presentation skills, and any other related skills.
