idsMED Vietnam’s Internal Product Training sessions in May

A series of internal training programs on products were held at the idsMED Vietnam offices from 24 - 27 May 2022 to keep idsMED Vietnam’s staff updated on the various products distributed by the company.

idsMED Vietnam conducted a series of product training for their staff to equip them with product knowledge to introduce to and advise customers on the products. The trainings were held from 24 – 27 May 2022.

On 24 May, the first training program titled “Kick off with the Expert” on GE products was held at the 7th floor training room, HCM Branch virtually via MS Teams.

The next day, on 25 May, Mr. Tue Pham - Territory Manager, Vietnam of Laerdal company, had a training session to introduce its product range of training models. The training session took place physically at Hanoi Branch with online participation of the idsMED members from HCM and Can Tho. The trainees were updated with training models such as: Emergency Nursing and Resuscitation skills, Multi-function models, Basic as well as Advanced Nursing skills.

Earlier in the morning, Nam Pham – MSC had an online training session through MS Teams on Diagnostic Imaging products. Participants in the training session were given an overview of the Philips ultrasound products and Fujifilm’s X-ray systems highlighting the specific applications, technologies and strengths of each product.

On 27 May, Duong Vo - MSC introduced an overview of InnoQ products - idsMED Group’s house brand. Once again, the attendees were briefed on InnoQ consumable products such as RespoKare anti-viral masks, N95 RespoKare masks, flat/inflated sterilised bags, and personal protective equipment such as surgical caps and non-slip shoe covers.

In the afternoon, an outreach sharing session on responsibility was conducted by Ms. Mai Nguyen – FIN. She inspired everyone to discuss and give opinions on contents related to responsibilities at work and in life.

The series of training was beneficial to the staff and it received positive feedback from them.
