Shrikanth Sankar serves as Country Managing Director of idsMED Singapore. In this role, he leads the Singapore business and drives its continued growth, operational performance, and strategic development. Concurrently, he serves as Chief Operating Officer of IDS Medical Systems Group, supporting the Group CEO in overseeing operations across all markets outside Indonesia.
Shrikanth joined idsMED Group in 2020 to lead several strategic development initiatives across the organisation. With close to 30 years of experience spanning healthcare, private equity, and industrial sectors, he has built much of his career in Indonesia and across ASEAN.
Before joining idsMED, Shrikanth was Chief Executive Officer of Omni Hospitals Group in Jakarta, a portfolio company of Sorac Capital Partners, where he also served concurrently as Group Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he oversaw the completion of two greenfield hospital projects and played a key role in securing significant funding to support the hospital group’s expansion.
Before Sorac Capital Partners, Shrikanth held several senior finance and investment leadership positions. As Vice President, Finance for the Coal Infrastructure Business at PT Mitratama Perkasa, he led initiatives in mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, corporate finance, and treasury management. Earlier, as Head of Indonesian Operations and Director of Corporate Finance at Ludlow Capital, he partnered with portfolio companies to drive operational turnaround, growth, and exit readiness.
Shrikanth is a Chartered Accountant in India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Bombay.

Michael is the General Manager & Vice President – Singapore, where he leads the country’s business growth and strategic development across both the public and private healthcare sectors. Working closely with the country management team, frontline sales teams, principals, and key stakeholders, he drives the achievement of Singapore’s business objectives and strengthens customer partnerships. Michael joined idsMED in 2009 as an Engineer before progressing through roles as a Management Trainee, Manager – Medical Products, and Senior Manager – Infection Control & Surgical Workplace Care, prior to his appointment as General Manager. Before joining idsMED, he worked with multinational companies in the semiconductor industry, leading process improvement initiatives for the Quality Control and Technical Service divisions. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore.
Benjamin is the Director – Agency & Product Search (APS) at idsMED Group and also serves as Director – Principal Partnership Chain at NexusMED SCS Solutions, following his tenure as Director of Operations & Revenue Funnel Management (RFM) in Singapore. Since joining idsMED in 2021 after completing the Fung Group’s PMD Programme, he has held regional leadership roles across Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam, overseeing functions including Operations, Sales, Product Development, Engineering, Revenue Funnel Management (RFM), Marketing Communications, Agency & Product Search, and principal partnerships. Before idsMED, Benjamin spent seven years with Singapore Airlines, where he held roles in commercial partnerships, procurement, and inflight entertainment systems development. He holds an MBA (Dean’s List) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York, USA
