Paithoon is the Senior Managing Director of idsMED Thailand, following his tenure as Managing Director & Senior Vice President. He brings extensive leadership experience from the healthcare and medical technology industry, including roles at Inscape Company and Johnson & Johnson, and was the co-founder of Life Vision before its acquisition by idsMED in 2015. With deep expertise in radiology and ultrasound technologies, he has played a pivotal role in expanding idsMED Thailand’s business and strengthening its position as one of the country’s leading medical distribution companies. As Senior Managing Director, Paithoon provides strategic leadership across the organisation, overseeing business growth, portfolio development, and operational excellence while fostering strong relationships with employees, principals, customers, and partners. He is also committed to mentoring future leaders and building high-performing teams. Paithoon holds a bachelor’s degree from Mahidol University and an MBA from ABAC University.

Mr. Boonchai Wisetbanchong is the Chief Operating Officer of idsMED Thailand, following his tenure as Government Key Account Relationship Director. Since joining idsMED in 2013, he has played an instrumental role in driving business growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional initiatives across the organisation. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the company’s operations, business performance, and execution of strategic priorities, while continuing to foster strong relationships with government stakeholders and healthcare institutions. Mr. Wisetbanchong holds a Bachelor’s degree from Phranakhon Rajabhat University.

Phanu is a Director II Consumables. His responsible for Medical devices & Consumable business. He has joined IDSMED Thailand since February 2018.  

He has experienced in Sales & Marketing more than 30 years in multinational healthcare company. His most experience areas are in Surgical disposable and equipment market. 

His got Master Degreed in Business Administration (Finance) at Ramkamheang University and was graduated in bachelor’s degree of Science (Radiological Technology).  

He started his career from our Fung Group headquarter Hong Kong as a Management Trainee in Li & Fung (Trading) Limited. He was then admitted as the Fung Group Program for Management Development (PMD) Management Associate. He has been exposed in different business unit including merchandising, retailing, logistics before joining idsMED. Starting Nov 2013 as Senior Manager—Operations, Stephen spent his initial days with idsMED Hong Kong to guide and stabilize the integration of the first acquisition. He was soon assigned to idsMED Thailand when idsMED entered the Thai market. Over the years, Stephen has built the Operations Department in idsMED Thailand from scratch, and continuously improving on the operations KPI’s. Stephen holds a Bachelor degree of Business Administration in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and MBA degree in Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

Natapole is the IT Manager – DIT at idsMED Thailand, having joined the company in August 2024. With a deep expertise in Digital and Information Technology, he plays a key role in ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure aligns with its operational needs and strategic goals.

With over a decade of experience across various IT domains, Natapole brings a strong background in Learning and Development, having spent several years in the field before transitioning to IT management. His extensive expertise in the healthcare industry further strengthens his ability to drive technological advancements that support business growth.
