idsMED Indonesia’s English Partner Class with Jamil Sumarwan

At idsMED, our brand promise is something that we highly uphold, not just for our partners or customers, but for our internal stakeholders - our employees – as well. We provide a lot of opportunities and experience for our employees to grow, develop and aspire to be the best version of themselves both in their work and their daily lives.

idsMED Indonesia regularly holds several extra-curricular activities for its employees. One of which is the “English Partner Class”, a fortnightly class organised for employees, taught by employees as a mean to practice their public speaking and presentation skills on any topics of their preference…and of course, in English!

We believe we can learn from anyone. Pictured here, Jamil Sumarwan, idsMED Indonesia’s very own Office Assistant who took centre stage in conducting this week’s English class confidently in front of fellow colleagues (staff, supervisors, and managers and two directors). Special mention on Jamil’s creativity in including quiz and prizes to ensure that the audience are engaged throughout the session.
