idsMED Taiwan ACM 2019 was successfully held on 21 June at Great Skyview Hotel. The theme of 2019 ACM is “Reborn”.

idsMED Taiwan ACM 2019 was successfully held on 21 June at Great Skyview Hotel.

All the activities started from Danny’s invigorated dancing. We were very lucky to invite Danny Pradhana -Division Director Indonesia to Taiwan and idsMED Solutions-Cheryl and Samantha be our speakers. The theme of 2019 ACM is “Reborn”. We have a logo designed by Indonesian team for Taiwan, a Phoenix rebirth. Rufi also explained to us which “R” means Rufi. “B” looks like S and 8, which means Sheila-our managing director and 8 in Chinese means “FA”. Rufi and Shelia will lead Taiwan team to the better future.

In the morning, we discussed the Dysfunctions of a team. It’s based on a book : The five Dysfunctions of A Team: A Leadership Fable. All colleagues were very active and involved the activities. We shared our own story to other colleagues. In the afternoon, we had performed the topic of “ Ideal of idsMED” by each group. Every group racks their brains to perform their ideal company.

The ACM end by Rufi’s speech, he led us to precipitate our mind and saw the video. Everyone was moved and touched at that moment. We all had a great time and enjoyed ACM 2019.
