The new year has brought the employees of idsMED new changes in their insurance coverage. On 1 February 2024, idsMED Indonesia, in collaboration with AIA Insurance, hosted its annual and customary awareness session at the idsMED Indonesia office in Wisma 76 Jakarta. This event was conducted both in-person and online, allowing colleagues from all idsMED branches to participate.

This proactive initiative aims to effectively address any lingering inquiries on the updated insurance coverage within the idsMED community to promote a better understanding and increased engagement with AIA Insurance.

Ms. Myrna Anggraini of AIA led the discussion and provided insights into the multifaceted aspects of their improved insurance program. Discussions revolved around the revamped claims procedures, newly introduced benefits slated for 2024, and the intricacies outlined in the policy’s exclusions. As the session concluded, an interactive Q&A session took place, accommodating questions from both the audience onsite and the virtual participants.
