idsMED Singapore Showcases Innovative Solutions at World Ageing Festival 2025

This event was a valuable platform for idsMED Singapore to forge new connections and reinforce existing partnerships within the global ageing sector.

On 8 and 9 April 2025, Ageing Asia organised the 16th Ageing Asia Innovation Forum & Exhibition, themed "Age of Longevity: Living Healthier Living Happier" at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre. The theme focused on the global health longevity trend, shifting from care delivery to improving the quality of life for older people.

idsMED Singapore was among the 120 exhibitors at this event to showcase innovative solutions that enable successful ageing - Active Ageing, Healthcare, Technology, Rehabilitation and Wellbeing. The World Ageing Festival encourages global knowledge exchange, cross-industry collaborations, and sector partnerships to accelerate new projects and innovations.

The idsMED booth featured a varied range of products, including medical consumables and ward furniture solutions that advocate for active ageing. The Intermediate Long-Term Care (ILTC), InnoQ and Medical Specialty Care (MSC) teams, together with some brand representatives, were present to demonstrate products and engage with attendees.

Several outstanding innovations captured the interest of the attendees, specifically the:
- Globalwide Viami Shower Bath System: smart servicing for caregivers without compromising on the comfort of care-receivers
- MedLyves Medi-Station: a self-service health screening kiosk
- BTL 4 ECG: the first ECG with artificial intelligence
- UroMedTech BVS Pro: an ultrasound bladder volume scanner
