HR Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021 Gala Dinner and Award Ceremony

Winning its first ‘HR Best Companies to Work for In Asia’ has inspired idsMED Malaysia to vie for the Gold Harmonia Trophy.

It was a night to remember for idsMED Malaysia, as it was the proud recipient of the “HR Best Companies to Work for In Asia” award at the prestigious HR Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021 Gala Dinner and Award Ceremony.

Held on 16th December 2021 at the One World Hotel at Bandar Utama, Selangor, the award has further strengthened idsMED’s position among the top Fortune 500 companies which comprise multi-nationals, GLCs, banks, insurance organisations and others.

On hand to receive the award was En Ainul Hasnizam, Managing Director of idsMED Malaysia.

Winning our inaugural HR Award has truly inspired idsMED to aim higher and work towards attaining ‘HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia - Gold Harmonia Trophy”, the most distinguished award that is only presented to companies that have won the “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award” for five consecutive years.

The Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony began with speeches, followed by dinner and performances by the talented vocalist Firdhaus and legendary Zainal Abidin. Approximately 43 companies received awards from three key categories, namely HR Best Companies to Work for In Asia’, ‘WeCare + HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia’, and HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia - Gold Harmonia Trophy. Making it more memorable was its Master of Ceremony, Harith Iskandar who is also known as Malaysia’s Godfather of Stand-up Comedy. His easy banter kept everyone in high spirits throughout the night.

In line with the Covid-19 Standard Operating Procedures, everyone was required to observe the strict safety measures put in place. In fact, all guests had to be fully vaccinated, tested negative within 48 hours prior to the event also present an e-health declaration form for the entry. It was also compulsory for everyone to wear their face masks throughout the whole event, and this could only be removed during their meals.
