idsMED Group Appoints Mr. Tan Chwee Choon as the New Regional Director In-Charge of Vietnam

On 1 May 2023, idsMED Group appointed Mr. Tan Chwee Choon as the Regional Director in charge of Vietnam. In order to meet all idsMED Vietnam members, Mr. Tan conducted onsite meetings at the Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi offices on 31 May and 2 June, respectively.

During the meetings, Mr. Tan Chwee Choon emphasised the importance of open communication and coordination, as well as mutual support between individuals and departments to work towards the goal of effective work settlement based on the inverted triangle pattern:


He also shared the formula of Activities = Results. Only when everyone takes action, marketing and sales activities will be strengthened to facilitate the increase of sales opportunities. Consequently, sales will increase, revenue will be enhanced, and the desired results will be achieved. If no action is taken, there will be zero results.

With his extensive experience in business leadership and development, it is strongly believed that Mr. Tan Chwee Choon will lead idsMED Vietnam to achieve the key targets assigned by the idsMED Group in the SP2024-26 successfully.
