Renowned experts in minimally invasive surgery convened at the 21st World Congress of Endoscopic Surgery (WCES 2025), held under the theme “Revolutionising Endo-Lap Surgery.” Co-hosted by the Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of Asia (ELSA) and the International Federation of Societies of Endoscopic Surgeons (IFSES), the congress was organised alongside the 17th Asia Pacific Endo-Laparoscopic Surgeons (ELSA) Congress.
From 5–8 November 2025, idsMED Group showcased Edge Medical’s latest robotic technology at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. Ahead of the congress, idsMED Singapore also conducted a dedicated test-drive session, allowing surgeons to experience the advanced system firsthand.
The event provided a valuable platform for surgeons, researchers, and healthcare professionals to exchange knowledge on emerging innovations, techniques, and research in endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery. Participants engaged in networking sessions, collaborative discussions, and workshops designed to enhance skills and support continued advancement in the field.
