idsMED Hong Kong’s CEO Townhall and Annual Awards & Appreciation (AAA) 2022

idsMED Hong Kong hosted the CEO Townhall and Annual Awards & Appreciation (AAA) 2022 at the Auditorium at Lifung Center on 28 November 2022. The event was also broadcasted live via Microsoft Teams to accommodate the participants from Innonix China and idsMED China, as well as colleagues who were quarantined at home due to COVID.

At the CEO Townhall, Mr. Ben Chang, idsMED CEO and Founding Partner highlighted that even though idsMED is going through one of its most challenging years for FY2023, the company has come a long way and made significant progress in its first 11 years. He also shared the company’s plan for the next 3 years with the team.

For the Annual Awards & Appreciation (AAA) 2022 ceremony, Mr. Gerald Tan, Managing Director and EVP reiterated the importance of the idsMED core values - LIBCARE and how it defines idsMED as an organization and as a team. Emphasis was placed on loyalty, as it is the foundation upon which all other values are built and for members to reinforce their commitment in embracing the idsMED values.

This year, two colleagues received the Loyalty Award. As a token of appreciation for their long years of service to the company, each award recipient received an impressive idsMED logo solid gold coin and a lovely commemorative photo frame plaque. The two loyalty award recipients were:

Meanwhile, three colleagues were given the HEART award for genuinely exemplifying and upholding the observable standards set in idsMED’s OUTREACH initiative.
The HEART Award recipients were:

• Ken Leung - from idsMED HK office
• Amy Du - from idsMED China Shanghai office
