idsMED Indonesia - Annual Country Meeting - Annual Award & Appreciation and CEO & HEART Awards
After Philippines, Taiwan, and Thailand hosted their 2018 Annual Country Meeting (ACM), along with the Annual Award and Appreciation (AAA), it’s time for Indonesia to conduct the most anticipated event in idsMED. On Tuesday and Wednesday, 13-14 March 2018, idsMED Indonesia held the most important event this year at the Pullman Hotel Jakarta-Central Park with a theme: SPEED, CONSISTENCY,
MASTERY.
The ACM started off with the CEO Townhall which was hosted by Danny Pradhana, idsMED Indonesia Senior Director – Human Resources. In front of around 350 attending employees (the largest townhall meeting to-date), Ben Chang delivered updates on the Group’s and Country’s performances as well as the strategy in moving forward to make the ‘Tsunami Leap’ in this upcoming financial year. After the townhall meeting, Rufi Susanto along with all Senior Management and Department Managers gathered for the Annual Business Update meeting, in which Heads of Departments presented their team’s activities in the previous financial year and the plans for this year.
Then, came the evening. The moment that every employee in idsMED Indonesia has been waiting for since the past month. Adapting the theme from the movie “The Greatest Showman” - THIS IS ME, the Gala Dinner was set for an unforgettable evening. The dinner was opened with a bang, in which attendees
were treated with a spectacular dance show from our own internal talents, performing the ‘This Is Me’ dance from the movie. Led by Ata, our Director – Marketing Communications, our colleagues gave a jawdropping performance to an enthusiastic and cheering crowd. A big standing ovation for our WOWsome
performers. Then, it was time for the Annual Award and Appreciation where 55 employees were awarded for their long service and loyalty to the company. We also witnessed two new awards being introduced and given out during the evening, the HEART Award and CEO Award. Vovy Iswandari from idsMED Semarang Branch; Renya Rystiana from idsMED Surabaya Branch; and Firman Hasan from idsMED
Jakarta Branch were crowned winners of the HEART Award for their exceptional behaviors in delivering our Brand Promise. The CEO Award of 2018 went to Cery Manarisip, who outstandingly contributed to the achievement of our Transformational Goals for 2017-2019.
The next day, it was a time for fun activities and games. idsMED Indonesia opened the day with classroom seminars with several topics of discussions including: Healthy Living and Eating, Human Resources for Non-Human Resources, Coaching Techniques, and Parenting. The day was closed with team building activities where all participants played a number of games which represent our theme of
Speed, Consistency and Mastery including: Fibonacci Sequencing (Speed), Paper Cup Tower (Consistency), Musical Ensemble/Orchestra (Mastery), and a collaborative effort to solve a massive idsMED puzzle.
So, remember these 3 magic words, Indonesia.
