idsMED Indonesia Wins HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019 Award for the third consecutive year.

On Friday, 14 June 2019, idsMED Indonesia received HR Asia’a Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2019 Award for the third consecutive year.
Accepting the Award during the ceremony were Dewi Bramaputri, Manager-Human Resources; Irene Thian, Supervisor - Human Resources and the idsMED Indonesia Human Resources team. Ramli Laukaban, Vice President - Medical Solutions and Tjan Herman, Senior Manager - Human Resources were also present during the night.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards 2019 is an award judged solely by employees based on a model called Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M). This year, 12,772 employees from a total of 280 international and local companies, across Indonesia responded to the T.E.A.M survey, which covers issues of corporate culture, employee engagement, and team dynamics. The T.E.A.M surveys are confidential and self-administered by nominated employees, a minimum of 30 employees or 30% of full-time headcount – whichever is lower, from each participating company.
