idsMED Philippines Ignites FY2026 with Bold Battlecry and Team Spirit

On 4 July 2025, idsMED Philippines held its FY2026 Annual Country Meeting (ACM) at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Quezon City. The full-day event featured active employee participation in plenary discussions, breakout sessions, and team-building activities. The day concluded with a lively dinner, providing a relaxed setting to strengthen connections and team spirit.



The first part of the event was represented by 86 employees from the head office and nationwide branches. Furthermore, 100 colleagues from the capital region joined the second part of the program. idsMED Philippines was also honoured to welcome its regional visitors led by Mr. Ben Chang, Mr. Stewart Kwok, Mr. Wasif Munir, and Mr. Gilbert Lam.

A key highlight of the event was the Opening Address by Group CEO Mr. Ben Chang, with the theme “Battlecry FY2026: Rebase! Retune! Rebound!” This was followed by the Opening Address of Country Managing Director Mr. Rafael Fernando, with the theme “Going Beyond Budget FY2026 & Exceeding BPI’s.”



The session continued with the Management team’s presentation and discussion on Exceeding the 5 Critical BPIs and 5 Important BPIs, highlighting the key performance metrics and plan of action.

During lunchtime, attendees were divided into four groups: two focused on excelling in Funnel Management & Forecasting, and two on improving Organisational Health & Employee Wellbeing. Each group aimed to develop actionable insights to be presented later.

After a short break, idsMED Group President Mr. Rufi Susanto delivered his address virtually, emphasising the theme “Going Beyond with Customers & Principle”.



In the afternoon, employees participated in a team-building activity, divided into three teams— “Rebase,” “Retune,” and “Rebound.” Centred on the theme of Ownership and Accountability, teams strategised, formed sub-teams, and utilised available resources to build a house. Each sub-team had a set time to complete specific tasks for different house sections. Teams then presented their final creations, with the winner announced during dinner.



After the team-building activity, employees gathered in the main ballroom for the team dinner. A standout moment was the energetic rally chant of “Rebase, Retune, Rebound,” performed by all employees with resounding enthusiasm, synchronised to the powerful beat of drums and vibrant lighting, symbolising their united commitment.



All houses built during the team-building exercise were showcased on stage, with Mr. Wasif Munir judging the final outputs. He evaluated each team’s interpretation of Ownership and Accountability, alongside how well they incorporated the Battlecry theme. Team Rebase was declared the winner, and its members were rewarded with a special designated area at the buffet.

Mr. Rafael Fernando delivered the closing remarks of the FY2026 ACM. More colleagues began to arrive for a night of bonding over a delightful dinner and joyful beats.
