With the theme Rising Tides: A New Era in Nursing, the conference evoked aspects of the current changes and exciting transformations in healthcare. Nurses are faced with a shift in the healthcare system towards outcomes-based practices and quality improvements. SingHealth nurses rise to the challenge, embrace change and strive to take nursing into a whole new era.

The 2-day SingHealth Nursing Conference focussed on the complexity of healthcare, diseases and the need to train and educate nurses to be able to navigate that. The conference included various topics in disease management, clinical practices, innovations, patient safety, quality improvements, education and advanced practices just to name a few.
